'muslims' marrying first cousins?

It's not just Muslims though, there's sick people all over who have incestuous relationships. I believe about 20 states in the US allow first cousin marriages, more than gay marriage I'm sure. Damn shame. Incest with close relatives is in itself wrong and disgusting but when you talk about potentially bringing a child into this world with a very high risk of having defects, that's just sad. And even if their offspring is fine, how would they go through life knowing their dad is also their uncle or something like that?
