Sea salt and water spray, for beachy wavy hair ?

You might have put too much in but you'll have to experiment more to find out. Sometimes I use Epsom salt/water spray to enhance my curls, but I use a bit of leave-in conditioner when I do this to avoid crunch. I'm not sure if it's the type of salt I use or the leave-in but I almost never get crunch. I'm not sure how to fix it. When my hair gets crunch I usually put it up in a high ponytail. Crunchy hair looks bad down but it makes for a very perky ponytail :)
