Whats the difference between The Holy Trinity Episcopal Church & The Holy Trinity Catholic church?

I been researching and there are very few differences that I am finding between the actions and also the beliefs. I sometimes think I am searching The Holy Trinity Episcopal Church but then as I read it's the Catholic Church. I am trying to see if the Episcopal ppl are allowed communion at a catholic church being they are so similar. The episcopals believe they are 'one holy apostolic catholic church'. They have the same creeds (from what I am reading). Please...only serious answers. I am trying to find my path God is leading me on. It's time to be baptized.
